The trigger response is excellent and works best with a 7.4v battery which is stored in the stock tube. It works with the ARES / Amoeba Electronic Gearbox Programmer for ARES Electronic Firing Control System Gearbox so you can set your AEG to burst fire if you prefer. ARES have also released the rail system individually with many additional accessories one can apply to it. The Octarms rail system uses the keymod system with slots on the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock portion of the rail. It fits in with their Amoeba line as their receiver hasn't changed but they've managed to add the stylish Amoeba extendable stock, also featuring their brand new Octarms free float hand guard and a unique looking flash hider covering a 14mm CW thread for mock suppressors and tracer units. This particular model comes with a metal receiver much like their older ARES models, but has kept with the Amoeba internals knowing how reliable it is.
